Great experience! Called because cats had torn a hole in our roof and were in our attic. Within in a couple of hours Antonio Alaniz arrived with his crew. Antonio was very business like but most important, respectful & concerned. He accessed the damage. Showed pictures of the problem & immediately began repairs. He even got in our attic to make sure no cats were trapped! Repair was completed. Antonio showed me pictures of the repair & explained the process. Very nice to get the ‘full story’. When finished all was totally cleaned up. Very pleased with a job well done. Will definitely recommend Roof Repair Services to others that need roof repair. Matt called and was clear on what the company provided and was very helpful. Their response time was excellent in the cold weather happening in the Richmond area. They also provided clear pictures of where the roof was leaking. I do like how they placed tarps in just the areas needed with rectangle shaped tarps. . The communication from the roofer on what was needed to be replaced was detailed and informative. My first requirement was to prevent further water damage and they accommodated me with what was needed. . My experience with roofers in the past has been sketchy but am impressed to find an honest crew to help me out. I look forward to getting all repaired as soon as possible. So these guys did a roof repair job in October and I called them back in Jan as it is leaking in front of my front door. The guys who came in Jan said he did a good job and it is a new issue. I pleaded with him take a look again and he was adamant that his job is perfect. So today I hired another contractor who shared the pictures of the wood under the roof and it showed that they didn’t replace everything. I posted a 1 star review with pictures. Johnny, the owner reached out to me and said that the guy who did the job was no longer with his company and reimbursed me for the amount I paid to the new contractor. I have never experienced this kind of customer service in my life, amazing. In hindsight I should have talked to Johnny again after their second visit. Getting a brand-new roof for my home initially seemed to be a daunting task, especially with the influx of roofing companies soliciting for my business after a hailstorm. I purchased my home 1 year ago and my home inspector told me that my roof was good. 1 year later I received a letter from my home insurance company stating that I needed to have my roof replaced within 30 days to continue my coverages. I was devastated and blindsided. I called a few companies around but was left feeling even more anxiety. They proved to be professional and patient while we waiting on insurance and then planning to get my roof replacement scheduled! Johnny and his crew drove several hours to complete my new roof. Honestly had an amazing experience! After the massive rain last week we started getting a drip in our breakfast area. I searched Google high and low and the amount of reviews and positive reviews at that made me take a chance. I submitted an online appointment so easy and the Antonio was at our home earlier than the slotted time. He checked the area and came back with such a thorough explanation and so many pictures to show us what we could not see. The price was fair and he was very much an expert in his work. I called this company because they had excellent reviews. I had a roof leak and was able to get someone to come out within the following day. Guillermo was so efficient. He took time to explain everything to me. Did a thorough inspection, of my attic as well and took pictures of all concerns. The price for the repair was very fair. I am beyond impressed!! The repair was done today. Everything was done absolutely meticulous. I.received pictures of all the areas repaired. We cannot say enough about the help we received. We called them because we thought we needed a vent resealed from a leak after high wind & rain (not hurricane), and they uncovered a lot more that was done during the construction of the home. A major one was the missing flashing. Our house was new construction so this shouldn’t have happened. They gave us a very fair quote and fixed it very quickly. I can’t express how thankful we are. They also replaced 5 vent pipes to make sure there wasn’t additional damage after what they uncovered by the vent. Thank you! ~ Pam J

The owner Johny Sanchez has great roofing knowledge, and he walked me through the entire process of roofing replacement step by step. The team of Johnny, George and the entire team of workers worked diligently with honesty and courteousness. The entire roofing project of this steep big roof with several gulleys was finished in little over a day. Both the preparation prior and cleaning after the project was thorough. They took care of my landscape, windows etc. as instructed. They are also very accountable, and he replaced the portions of my gutters without any extra charge. My house is 25 years old and the new roof with Impact resistance Owens Corning shingles makes my house look like brand new. I have used their services for 3rd time. Called them around 230pm on Saturday needing them to come out same day to replace a few shingles, because of an exposed area of roof we noticed when we were putting up Christmas lights. They came out roughly an hour and a half later replaced the shingles and they, 2 guys came, were done at 520. Paid 150.00. Couldn't have gone any better. Had matching shingles on their truck. Mind blown...so impressed. If I need anything done I'll call them. You have a favorite mechanic, a favorite hair stylist, now a favorite roofer for repairs. I called J&M on a referral from a coworker who had a great experience with the company doing a roof repair. I'm glad I called them. I needed a new roof due to recalled defective shingles from the original builder. The guys were helpful, prompt and professional. They worked with me and and my budget. I reached out about some leaks we noticed after Hurricane Beryl. An appointment was set up quickly and the roofers arrived very promptly. David Canales was awesome! He took a look at the roof and did a great job explaining why parts of our roofing tiles were peeling away. He also spotted some small repairs that were needed in and around our chimney and exhaust vents, and caulked those to prevent disastrous water damage down the road. The price quoted was more than reasonable, and he gave us a better rate because we decided to get the repairs done immediately.
